Everything worked and they sent us text messages upon arrival and departure letting us know that they care and are available for any questions or requests..
They even send you a complimentary text when you first check in and get to your room saying if you need anything from them, you can text them right there …
They even responded to my messages right away and was very quick to let me know if a rollaway bed was available...
